Yes, when NS is released, a Clans Forum will be set up.  It's not really nescessary yet as the game isn't out, and most clans (or at least the more serious ones) will want to evaluate the player's performance before they recruit them.

Keep cool, NS should come soon -> when it's done <- and than a Clan Forum should come. Hope so ( it was just an idea of me ).
