You ain't getting an ipod, your getting the info on how to get a free "ipod phone"
WTH is an IPod phone?
Well it is sometihng that dosn't exist (check apple if you wana be sure)
Search for anything on there and you'll get auctions for information on buying whatever at "low, low prices", meaning there's dozens of people doing it. You can't very well stop them.
Bombarding them won't change anything of their opinions. They get money for copy-pasting some badly written crap to whoever won the bid. What do they care if someone gets mad about "misleading marketting"?
Buyer beware. It's up to you to be aware of what you're doing. Not them.

Items I've heard of and can remember off the top of my head [there's been more, but I don't remember them]:
"Nothing" going for $15,000,000.
A firm kick in the butt going for an equally ridiculous price.
Unconditional love for twenty-four hours ["without any kind of contact" being the only condition].
