Ns Inspiration/ Help Meee

I think some1 needs to write a biography of the ns team, they could provide inspiration to all the downtrodden nerds out there who want to be game designers.

Seriously, some one tell me where i go to school to learn this stuff!!!!!

I want to make games like ns, but i dont want to work at valve.
Cuz right now im frustrated.
I have the ideas. I just dont where im sposed to start in getting them turned into games!!!! IM GOING INSANE!!!! HELP MEE!!!!!!

    Then again, there's always MOD school, 'twas more info about that kind of stuff somewhere in the archives of PHL.

    Its a rather hard task to get it together

    1. Team (You must ALWAYS have one....unless you want to be a one-man mod coder, animator modeller concept artist and the likes)
    2. Plan ahead (I see that you've done this <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->)
    3. Always try and keep the team together (sucks to say, 40% of HL mod teams are wiped off the face of the earth because they couldn't keep together and always argue and whatnot

    And of course I guess we have to break to you that Flayra never worked for Valve <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Game development is pretty complex theser days and there is reason the developers are called developers. There are more than one of them meaning there a heap of different things needed to be done when producing a game. What aspect exactly are you wanting to persue?
