Actually its a prototype which will most likely never get any further than the stage it's at now, which took me about 1 hour to do on Microsoft Word. But Nonetheless take a look! Over the Christmas period here in the UK, there was a "Make your own Monopoly" released by the people that made Monopoly. It came with software and all the stickers so you could print out whatever you wanted to make your own Monopoly. It retailed at around about £15, so if anyone wants to make a full proper NS Monopoly set, that might help. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
You are missing 1 space per area. The only to areas that have 2 spaces are the 'park place/boardwalk' areas and the slums, the areas on both sides of the Reday Room, the other areas have 3 spaces per. Other than that it looks great.
Suggestion:
How about making the 'Jail' something like "Comm blocked vent with CC,blah blah blah" or "Comm dropped structure on you, blah blah blah". And for the 'Free parking'...... well, only thing i can think of is like a 'Hiding Spot' or something. But like I said, looks great.
the prison should just be an "armory at base" you hump.
eg.
h4x: reswh0re goes onos and dies as egg, lose 100 res
skillz: enemy comm spams phase gates, go to Double Res
h4x: jetpack into a pit of doom, go back 3 spaces
skillz: sneak up on a jp/hmg, advance to Ready Room

Bah! I knew someone would have suggested this before me! Well i can live in the knowledge Beretta and I thought of it without this inspiration, but there are certainly some good ideas there. Ill post a link on that thread in a minute to this thread.

okay well our idea was to have LMG'er, HA, Skulk, Lerk, Fade, Onos, Egg. Altho there are too many alien lifeforms there. not that it matter beacuse we will never get that far...

Yes well if you look closer you will see a 'PG TO BASE!' on the standard 'GO TO JAIL' square. so this implies that you go to the square opposite side of the board and thats why there is an OC on the PG <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

I think it would be better to keep it as it is. The further along you go the higher the value of the spot. Double Res is very valuable, as is a siege point. I would switch the siege room around with Processing because it can act as a double siege point.
Here's some card ideas:
HAX:
-AIMBOT! Gain 300 res worth of kills
-SPEEDHAX! Move to any space of your choice
-OMG HAX0R! The other team are haxing bastages and own you repeatedly. Lose 250 res
-NUB COMM! Your comm is a complete nub, lose 500 res in command consoles
Skillz:
-You knife an onos, gain 500 res and a smug look on your face
-HA train! Gain 400 res in dead skulks.
-Spawncamp! Your commander puts a TF under the hive, gain 200 res in spawnkills.
-Lork on the clorf! Lose 100 res worth of n00bs who get spored to death
-Devoured! Miss a turn!
-Wall of lame! Gain 300 res from impaling nubs
