Make one yourself. You can link any image to your avatar as long as it's under 64x64 pixels and 22kb in size.

Just goto "My Controls" and then "Edit your avatar settings" and you can chose to upload one there or remote link it.

Otherwise, you could head over to the Artwork forum and post in <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=7&t=59710' target='_blank'>this topic</a> and ask (nicely) if someone will spend a little time making one for you.
