So here we are NS V3!
Is there a current list of all the commands one can bind for NS V3?

There are only a few commands disabled, including special, _special, and wait.
Everything else should stay the same.

look for the ui.txt file.
open with notepad.
scroll down 3/4 - 4/5 the way down.
You will see al the impulse and node prompt numbers so you can do you key bindings in console It worked for me.
All my keys are binded to comm messages etc
Here is an example
You want to bind keys to marine/ alien voice comms. They double as in same marine binds = alien comms when you play aliens.
Note:For alien structure dropping look in your controls they put key binds in there for you.

now when u are a marine and u press the p key you will here yerself say "Lets move out!"
Look in the ui.tx.t you will find all the others for commanders, marines, aliens, gorges etc.
