Problem When Creating Or Joining A Game!

<div class="IPBDescription">Its screwed</div> When i try to create and/or join a game the loading screen will come up then a message saying <span style='color:red'>tmessage::TextMessagesParse:
messageCount>=MAX_MESSAGES</span>

I was using NS through HALF-LIFE wasnt running EAX Using version 2.0 of ns. My comp has 510MB of RAM and its operating system is windows 98 my video card is an ASUS and has a memory of 63.5MB
