<div class="IPBDescription">Anyone having problems with this?</div> When I attempt to use HTML code in the motd.txt file it either gives me an error that 'You have been disconnected from server, Server is restarting' (even though it isn't) or it just displays the HTML code in the motd box on the server. What gives?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what happened to Prodigy, as the project seems dead. Maybe if enough people ask he might start on it again.
Check out the screenshots!

You may be asking why I would spend time writing an entirely new administration mod when there already exist three publicly available mods serving this purpose. To be brief, they all fall vastly short of being really useful to anyone running more than one server. Those of you who are running multiple servers are likely nodding your head in agreement right about now. And thats where HLA comes into the picture.
HLA started as a simple MetaMod plugin using MySQL as a backend to solve the age old problem of global banning. Many of us admins have formerly crafted up funky perl and php scripts utilizing rcon to execute or wget to transfer around lengthy files containing banned AuthID's and IP addresses... Once I got started I figured I might as well just keep going. Now you are probably thinking, "...but what about the lag that your MySQL queries will induce?" Enter threading. Using a POSIX threading library each connection, disconnection, ban, and logging related queries are all handled in a thread separate from HLDS's main loop, there by eliminating any and all lag.
So far we have only just scratched the surface! Because lag is not an issue, I decided to take it to the next level, by tracking (possibly) every user that visits the server, tracking their playtimes, frags, deaths, abuse, etc. This provides the admin with very powerful information. HLA knows how often your admins play, and how much they play each respective mod. It knows how bad or good they are, and in addition to this, it tracks the statistics of members as well. All of this information is extremely useful in operating a large network of servers. But I didn't stop there.
Being an avid IRC junky since before the internet was even publicly available in my town, I wanted to add something technically sweet to HLA. Enter the embedded and complete irc bot! The bot also runs in its own thread, again avoiding any possible lag to the server. The IRC bot is not only sweet, but actually useful. The bot can be used to remotely administrate the servers from IRC, communicate with the players, and also act as a match bot announcing matches.
Last but not least, there is of course the administrative abilities of HLA, which includes a complex reservation system encompassing a broad range of possibilities. In addition to this are basic admin commands such as slay, kick, ban, changelevel, as well as a complete messaging system for administration staff enabling message in both console, and HUD text in a variet of colours and coordinates.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><div class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
