Video Does Not Display At All.

<div class="IPBDescription">when I start NS thru Steam</div> I have fully installed Half-Life, Steam, and NS beta 3.0 on my system. I am using Windows XP, and have an ASUS Geforce FX 5600. When I try to load up Natural Selection via Steam, the app runs (it shows on the taskbar), but then the the game screen does not pop up, as if it's invisible. Nothing happens when I try to click on the button in the taskbar to bring it to the front, and when I mouse-over the middle of the screen, the mouse cursor disappears in that area, as if it's in the game window, which I cannot see!

Please help.

I've goth the same problem, no screen pop-up(if I run in software mode) or just a black background(if in opengl). I can only hear the sounds:(

You need to download the new divX codec.
