I have a consistent crash of hl.exe while starting the Natural Selection beta (through Steam). Vanilla HalfLife works through Steam. I'm running this on an EPIA-M10000 ITX board with a C3 Nemmeiah processor with what they call a VIA/C3G CLE266 display adapter.
Video Settings: OpenGL 1024x768x32bit
Crash signature:
