Compiling texture wads into my map?

<div class="IPBDescription">How is it done?</div>In the map submission, it says that a texture wad must be compiled into the bsp file, or have it named respective to the map title.
How do you compile the wad into the bsp file? I know it can be done, because I've tried to find out in the past, but never managed to succeed.
If anyone can tell me, it would be appreciated <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->
