Fix:menu Music Not Playing (ns 3.0)

<div class="IPBDescription">Not a big prob....but meh</div> Thanks to this <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=60329' target='_blank'>thread</a> (more directly, BOZO) you can now get the start up music to work!

In your NSP folder open your config.cfg and find bgmvolume (use wordpads search feature) it should be at 0.000000
