Combat Upgrade Bug

After i died i got one.. but i was really annoyed.

Thats not a bug thats too serious, I'm not even sure if its a bug at all.

I think I know what happened. Were you moving when you selected the upgrade? It happened to me once. I was a lvl2 marine and was walking behind a guy who just got a kill and out of nowhere (seemingly) I got HA! He was wondering why the upgrade didn't work <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Its a known bug, when you get an upgrade, it appears above you and falls on top of you basically. If someone is standing above you, they can get the upgrade temporarily.

It happens when you stand to close to somebody else, it gives them the shotgun instead, but they can't use it as well.
