Shotgun-upgrade - Bug In Combat-mode

<div class="IPBDescription">Upgrade to shotgun sometimes buggy</div> Unfortunately, I'm not able to reconstruct the bug.

I upgraded to shotgun, but I didn't get one.
This happened two times, but only (to me) with the pistol as active weapon.
With the next experience point, I could upgrade directly from
light machine gun to grenade launcher.

    Yes, you get the shotgun after you die though. I'm pretty sure this bug is known as I know it is known that your weapon sometimes goes to someone else. The one time it happened to me I also had my pistol selected, though I'm not sure if someone else got the shotty or if it just didn't fall.
