Creating A Dedicated Server

Hi I installed NS 3 beta1 and beta 2 dedicated game, and update my steam dedicated server. However I am unable to find the 3rd party game in the list of dedicated server, how can i created a internet server for NS3 b2?/

    did you play anything on steam before installing? (note just running through the HL training mission works)

    and also try talking to the people in the server forum (they will know better then those that hang out here)
