<div class="IPBDescription">Problems With 3.0 Beta 2</div> I upgrade my NS to 3.0 beta 2 and i get the messege ".dll diferent from server " i already try or the ways to upgrade the 2.01 to the beta but i juts cant get it work, if someone has an idea or a suggestion plz tell me. Thnx i can only play on 2.01 but not on 3.0 beta 2 <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif' /><!--endemo--> Plz help me.

My God thnx for replaying my post but i already read that and others sites and i juts can't make it work.

/me shakes head:

Tell me what part confuses you

1) Install Steam

2) Download and install Beta 1

3) Downlaod and install Beta 2 (direct it to your steam\steamaps\youremail\half-life diretory)

4) Go find a beta 2 server and play

2 and 3 i install the 3.0 beta 2 and i still have the 2.01 running on my steam, i can see the new desktop of NS but i still have 2.01 running and i want the beta 2, wich i already install it.

2.0 has NOTHING to do with 3.0

It will create a new Dir in your steam folder called NSP (instead of NS)

it will also create a new game in your third party games section.

when u install 3.0 beta 2, where exactly u install it.

I actualy left out a vital step

when you install steam you MUST play HL once with it (just play the boot camp) before you try to install NS V3.0 Betas.
