Incorrect; he wants to download <i>Steam</i> skins, not player models.
Your Steam directory (default: C:\Program Files\Steam) has a directory called \skins\ in it -- they go in there, where there ought to already be a single folder called \Grey\.
I'm so sorry. I know I didn't clarify that I wanted to know where to d/l player/weapon models, but that's what i want to d/l. What's the directory now that I put them in?
