<div class="IPBDescription">I think..</div> I have a prob where my screen freezes for a sec and starts up again like its stalling this happens when theres alot of people/buildings in front of me, my net graph shows very high in: and sometimes up to 100 choke this is really annoying and makes me useless in battle so please help me. You have a dialup modem

and you are ussing windows XP (possibly 2K)


Start--> settings --> controllPanel --> Networksettings --> Rclick on your network connection and go to properties

now find QoS Pkt Schedular and disable it.

Yeah sorry about that you were close enough im using cable connection (576kb) and using Windows XP

ummm, contact your ISP?

The QoS Pkt Schedular only works for Dial Up Modems (well generaly).

oh, and also try forcing all of the other steam games to not auto update (right click on each game in the games menu)
