Jasp autoconcede is the number of players difference there has to be in the teams before the game comes to a premature end. We set it high so that even a 5v10 game will carry on long enough for some players to switch or new players to join.
2of12 Write protecting your config is a good idea and it will stop sneaky admin changes to your binds becoming permanent but for the remainder of the game the new bind will work.
wkzero I consider it abuse to use admin exec powers to change peoples binds, unbindall being unforgiveable. The players may not agree with your idea of good play and they may not know your servers rules - especially as the motd is a bit iffy. Just permuban them (perhaps with a warning first). That way they can try to contact you for more info or more likely they can go somewhere else until they find a server admin that thinks the same way.
rafIBT I dont think there is such a command
LeetLlama Technically you are right, but "thinks the game cant be won because the marines have 2 hives" is very different from "screw this I'm not playing Sensory first" or "omg TF in base we lose". A losing game is a good place to try new tactics and practice new skills. I think the system does work if. "giving the other team their cake" is a good reason not to F4 along the same lines as "treat others as you would like to be treated"
One team is going to lose but I have seen so many games turn around that F4'ing becomes the only way that you know you definately wont win.

One thing that would help would be if the server did not allow one team to have more than half the available slots - ie, a 16 ppl servers had a hard limit on each side at 8, so you don't get the the oh-so-fun 9/7 games from the start.
Well setting the maximum ofset to 1 should help that. In 2.0 it resulted in people not being able to join a team but I've yet to see that in 3.0 so I guess its been fixed

then back that up with pluggin_ns and some decent admins.

I'v heard of some server-plugin that allows an admin to force players to go random if they are in the readyroom. Would be good against **** that refuses to join because of mp_limitteams 1 or something.

Stupid! The force join would only be for players who say "i dont wanna go aliens" they can be chucked on the team, or given a couple of minutes and then chucked off the server. Admins choice really.
The rest of your sentence didn't make much sense to me. It is nice to see that while failing to complete a sentence you manage to call another player (and a server admin) with considerably more experience than you, stupid.
Lachie, Why not just ban them from the server, permanently. Problem solved.

F4ing is for when the aliens have eaten all your ips and there's the commander and one rambo still running around..(no res too).

Hey why don't you just lock them in the server while you're at it ;o Instead of looking to remove the button - remove the people who do it.
