There were actually 2 Jurassic Park games released for the SNES, afaik. The first was indeed a combination top-down shooter and FPS, but the second was a side-scroller. That shot's from the second one.

Rollercoast tycoon, a skulk on a ride in front seat going down a big drop. A fade hodling a shock rifle on UT shooting it at a marine. A skulk riding a bike on red line racer.
