Theres nothing wrong with exclusives no matter who has the exclusive rights. If the autor wants it exclusivly hosted on a site people should respect that nomatter which autor and which site.
To be honest im probably gonna release my future work exclusivly for t2k and my own site considering the incident on nsa where my model was replaced with the spec ops one and even though I told you and you promised to fix it nothing has been done.
No hard feelings but when I send something to Delarosa I know that wouldnt happen.

On the growing side topic, I tried to offer my v model pack to Del as an exclusive, mostly because I wanted to give him more traffic since all us Alien fanboy types would have had to go there to get it. To his credit (or because my pack was crap <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) he preferred me to release it as a non exclusive. Which I think was a good thing, and why I *know* Del isn't the type to go "omgzor I must have every file ever as exclusivez so I can be uberl33t modder site". He's community orientated, not a hoarder.

yea, i know how you feel now... considering this is my first <i>model</i> release that i've done... my first conversion, and my first "i did it myself, so i'm asking me "he me, do you want this exclusive?" "why sure me, make it exclusive"" case...
it's exclusive because i worked on it people... i asked permission, i obeyed the rules... and i didn't even make you go to my website to download it... ohh, and to make the rest of you happy... i even put it up on BOTH my websites. (for those like belgerion and Sparda that have DNS problems with the new site)

ohh, and for those of you that are complaining... i WILL be releasing Drake's Custom Shotgun exclusive for T2K (unless i made a deal with bigbull... i forget if i did or not)
DIRECTIONS:
open up the file in HLMV, and click on the "textures" tab.
move to "newhand" and click the Import button.
navigate and choose this new texture (be sure it's a bmp before you start..)
once having the texture imported, go to file ----> Save Model As
and save the new model with the NS hans
...you think a moderator and playtester for the game will be hard to contact IF T2K goes down?
i already have this model saved on CD along with my site...
and my website costs me $5/month, that's not too hard to come up with.
you will find that when people need a model, they come to me. which is one reason why i don't take the old 1.0 models off my site... somone might want them.
my site has been up since 1.02, and only experianced something like 3 weeks of downtime when we moved to our current host. most sites have either gone down permenatly, or have lost all team members... (so it's just one guy)
i asked, i encluded, i abided, and i don't charge money.... so i know how you CAN compair me to gamesfusion, but i try in every way possible not to be.
that's why there is download mirror 2... that one has less bandwidth, less space, but faster speeds... i took that one into account.
And for international affairs: Guess what? I bet if the person in Japan d/led them from here, it'd STILL go faster than the speed we do. In Japan and China, as well as most of eastern Europe, the download speeds are INSANE. The same dsl connection there as here can d/l at 3 mb/s, easy. 5 on a good time, 2 on a bad. I mean, THAT friggin rocks.

Excellent conversion btw, it's prob the same P-99 I use for the P-228 for the few times I played CS. (With my desire to mod to the max and the little amount of time I played CS briefly, I can safely say I modded more than I played)
