What To Do To Display Server Rules On Join?

With the new NS 3.0 beta and steam, is there anything I can do at this time to display the server rules that show up when people join? We used to use a consgreet plugin for metamod, but now that is not possible... I know CS 1.6 displays a window with the motd/rules, and even supports HTML. To anyones knowledge, is NS going to support HTML motd?

Basically, my question is, how can I display my server rules when people join the server with NS 3.0 Beta 2?

hrm.. just use an adminmod pluging to give a MOTM? or something?

Any word on if this has been included in beta 3? Didn't see anything in the changelog.
