well i've searched and i haven't seen a thread talking about it, so here it goes.
acid rocket's dmg was reduced along the energy usage. it has gone completly useless(for me though, i don't know about you guys) like i shot a marine without ha, probably armour updrade more than 6 time direct hit and i am not able to hurt them at all and i got mowed down by a lmg. This wasn't the case at all when 3.0 just came out fade use lot of energy for rocket, but rewarded for destroying enemies and structure at long range.
