100 Choke And 25 Loss...

AMD 1700+.
512 DDR.
ISDN 1 line.

I get 50-100 choke and about 5-25 loss, whatever i do dosnt help.
Also combat ping raises more then 150 from normal.
I got to these settings from the sqeeze sticky:

rate 4700 ( i have tried changing this rate 200 times dont seem to help)
cl_updaterate 20 (i have tried to change it to 15, no help)
cl_cmdrate 30 (i have tr?ed 25 and 35, none worked anygood)

i would saay scan with ad aware and spybot search and destroy, then update your virus scanner and scan with that, make sure you have qos packet scheduler disabled and update your sound/video card drivers. and make sure youre in opengl as well and dont have any odd looking programs running.

got a firewall? zonealarm? norton running in the background or any other prog?
