Ok , i have 2 bugs but i'm only gonna post the most important one here.. for fear of deletion...
i can't climb ladders. when i aproach a ladder i just bounce back off it... this happens with all alien species and marines... if i try to climb down a ladder i just bounce off... this can be very annoying if you are in a spot where the only way out is a ladder and in combat you can't just type "kill" you have to go back to ready room.. and lose your exp..
Does anyone else have this bug or know how to fix it?

Oh, yes. It is. How quaint.
The only solution I could come to was to crouch walk towards the ladder when climbing down, and for climbing up, just jump half a second before you reach the ladder.
That way you should just jump up onto the ladder.
