Unfortunately, I haven't found as much teamplay as the game seems to require. Commanders often .. suck, and aliens often don't pick the gorge to change into. Oh well. join a server with alot of clan people in it, check to make sure there are 2-4 people with the same tag before u join.

The teamwork comes in after you find a good server with friends and people you know, which can really take up to one week or two months tops. Also, having a microphone really helps.
