i installt first 3.0 beta 1 than 2 and 3... and i dont have a exe....

what can i do??

if you are getting client.dll errors it means that you didn't install beta 3 prorperly.

Go To this Dir:
...\steam\steamApps\yourEmail\Half-Life\nsp
If there is not a file called xfire_installer.exe then you didn't install beta 3 properly (if it is there I would suggest redownloading beta 3(possibly beta 1 also) and reinstalling).

make sure you point the Beta 3 installer at:
...\steam\steamApps\yourEmail\Half-Life\

ALSO:
If the Installer dosn't prompt you to install XFire then you don't have the Beta 3 installer.
