I did a quick google search for jello to make sure that it is jelly as we British call it - alas my search was in vain.
However I did find this it would seem that The North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics decided it would be a good idea to shoot jello to see what happens.

Pudding. No question. Jello is bouncy, but pudding is silky smooth. Especially Pistachio pudding, thatd be so nice . . .

yes the jello would be bouncey and not as messy at first but if your wreastling on it, it might become much messyer then the pudding who really cares what jello is made of its still very yummy and theres always room for jello
First and foremost. Jell-o. Yes thats right the J to the E to the double L O. Pudding is far too much like flavored mud. And everyone has seen mud wrestling before. Why children's urine, and not any urine? And why use urine at all, when there are hundreds of FDA-approved alternatives that would work just as well, if not better. Gelatin, or Jell-o, is made from water, sugar, and collagen. Horse hoofs were once used in the day that gelatin was favored by royalty not because of its taste (a salty/bitter combination), but because of its rarity. So, nowadays, Kraft is getting their collagen elsewhere.
Happy eating!
And as far as what I, personally, would want to wrestle in, I couldn't say without trying them out first. Why can't I just watch someone else do so? It would be a lot more fun for us all.
