Ns Is Crashing My Comp

<div class="IPBDescription">AH!!!1</div> sometime's this happens, i dunno why, sometimes happens when a ALT+TAb (minimize) or Exit out of the main screen, this changes my comp resoultion from 800x600 to like 1028x842 i forget, but can anyone help? oh yeah, right when its crashing the screen goes blue and a i get like boot up screen text in white with werid ascii letters and things. any help?
