Google "Disable Windows Button" or "Disable Windows Key" for answers on how to get rid of the thing. As for using it in Natural Selection, I'm not sure.
I think you can change the registery to make windows think it's another button. I did that with my capslock key, so it works like shift now. So whenever i bind anything in a game to shift caps lock does it too. So you could change it to be a key thats out of the way and map something to that. Like [ or ] etc. Dunno how to do it though.

Buy one of <a href='http://www.pckeyboard.com/' target='_blank'>these</a> babies. Its a ps/2 version of the old IBM 101 key keyboard. It has no 'Windows' key, and it gives you that nice cliky springy feel when you type with it.
