I've played NS a while back ago, and recently downloaded this patch to see the Combat mode.. To those who have played it, how is NS combat?     It's repexditive, yet action packed, so kind of fun, untell you get camped for 3 minutes by 4 focus skulks while one skulk chomps away at the CC...

    It is very fun--but I warn you, it's very addicting. I rarely play regular NS, now.


    I recommend you get armor as your first upgrade, many people get focus, first thing. Also, catalysts are supplied every time you kill, resupply works whenever you are injured or are low on ammo, and I think that's all you need to know.

    I am going to download the whole thing tonight I don't like the idea especially in thios 100 degree heat and no I am not kidding. From what I have seen it looks good though.

    Me too.

    Though one game of combat is fun now and then. If I really spend time playing NS, I prefer to play two or three regular games and a game of combat after those.

    I've got bored of the repetitive ness of classic, so i prefer combat for the time being...

    I think that classic would be great if I could find a server with good people though.
