[sprel] Leap Crosshair Sprite

<div class="IPBDescription">Leap bite helper</div> So I was on the NS IRC channel when I was complaining about the difficulty of differentiating from leap from bite in the middle of a battle. Sometimes I would leap, forget that I haven't switched weapons yet and try to chomp on a marine but since I'm still on leap, well you know what happens.

Seeing as I have time now, I decided to actually do something about it and not just complain, so I set off to make a crosshair sprite for leap. My first attempt was meh, so I decided to use Athena's suggestion about using clawmarks, and here it is, my first release in the NS customization forum.

now all we need is a xenocide spraite, nothing too big to clog up the field of view, but a indication u have xenocide out not leap so dont press fire >.<
