<nuked> In Steam?

<div class="IPBDescription">I've searched but...</div> I've looked all over the internet, even using multiple search engines, but I can't find jack on <span style='color:white'>nuked</span> in Steam. Someone please give me a tutorial on how it works? That'd be great.

    The program you mentioned, more often than not, is abused to the point where the forum mods pretty much nuke evey post relating to it. Resist the temptation! Just say "NO!" to voice com spam.

    Well actually it's for a game I host with some of my friends (listener server). I know <span style='color:white'>*** nuked ***</span> is annoying as hell, but it would be cool if I actually knew how to work it in Steam.
