or: I need more bittorrent participants
You may remember Morimoto as the Japanese(?) gamer who used the Famtasia emulator to construct a really awesome speedrun of SMB3, MegaMan 2, and other less mentionables.

Well when I first got those videos I got them from Bisqwit's Bittorrent NES Video Downloads, which was quite primative at the time. Well, the page has matured buitifully and now includes similar runs for many more games and players (A 17 minute Metroid Run?!? ). There are even a few that managed to beat Morimoto!

In other words, I'm DLing vids but its going slow so I need you suckers to help me get them faster by joining in.

EDIT: Stupid me confused Miamoto (famed nintendo game designer) with Morimoto. Could a mod please edit the title when they get the chance?

    neat!

I look forward to the metroid, smb2, and zelda ones! :D

Also I'm glad there's finally a page to clear up all the "OMG CHEATERS" stuff. The fact that they (this guy at least) up front acknowledges the fact that the videos are for entertainment purposes rather than trying to be "genuine" is nice.
