Can't Seem To Install Ns...

<div class="IPBDescription">Maybe the weirdest question ever...</div>Ok.... I've seemingly done almost everything said on those installation instructions. I've run HL, downloaded both NS (Client and patch) I've found the fmod.dll file in its right place, but the userconfig.cfg I cant find but I cant create one! I have no idea how! Anyone know how to install it correctly?

    have you tried playing the game yet?

    we need error msgs to know what is not working.....

    you don't need a userconfig file.

    Just playing the game

    yah know, launching up steam, and joining a server?

    if so, and you can't play, tell us the error msgs.

    if you are looking for an EXE, don't bother, just launch steam and find a server.
