<div class="IPBDescription">Payed, but no reply :(</div> I payed for the constilation on around the 17th of feb, and was told by many taht it comes thru in a week or less, and i am still waiting, and i feel as tho i have been scammed. itd be nice if it came thru becuase i was eargerly awaiting it, and now im thouroghly (spelling) dissapointed.

You did not pay for anything. Again let me repeat - you did not pay for anything.
You dontated. You gave money freely, you did not exchange money for goods/services, though as a bonus you will recieve some. They will try to get it to you within a reasonable time. But they are obligated only to give you these "thank yous" eventually. They do NOT have to hand them over straight away, they have no time frame they HAVE to work in.
Do you not understand the concept of a DONATION? You give money to support Flayra, not to purchase an icon and expand your forums. I donated to constellation last night, and if they dont give me an icon for 6 months they are still forefilling their part of the deal. You havent been scammed because you didnt buy anything.
Now I feel friggen dirty to even be associated with you by being labelled a fellow constie. You're thirteen, you're young, you're selfish, you're ignorant - so why in Gods name is some punk kid on the internet arousing such pure disgust and hate and the urge to inflict physical pain ffs i need help i swear....

And Flayra is a busy man, don't expect you are more important to him than his game or own live.
Edit: It's not a shop where you buy something from, it's just a donation. Wich gives you an icon as a thank-you.

How am I supposed to help constructively someone who has yet to figure out what a donation actually is?
Dude, I assumed you were 13 out of kindness. The spelling and the ignorance of several simple concepts I hoped were all out of general inexperience in life. As it turns out you're actually already 17, and all hope of you growing out of it/learning has been dashed.
You want some constructive help.

Whether it's a donation or a payment is besides the point - he paid $20 under the premise that he'd receive an icon in a few days. If he stiill hasn't got it, he has every right to be annoyed. All the management have to do is edit that page, just change it to an accurate time span, and there'd be no cause for complaints.
Well its late in Brisbane too, I'm absolutely flogged from work, so I'm tired also. My hold on my temper is also a bit loose as a result.
Flayra personally takes care of all matters regarding constellation. As Flayra has been taking a much deserved vacation after working like a slave on NS for over a year, he's been unable to update lists of consties (for icons) and send thankyou replies.
He recieves the money automatically, but thank you's he sends personally. Wait it out, he'll get to you as soon as he can.

Constellation icons will show up <b>generally within a couple days </b>of sending in payment (within two hours of getting a response).
Please, tell me where they have so far failed in their obligations?
From what I, and many others know, Flayra is on vacation and has been for a pretty long time now. He should be back/already came back a day or two ago. I'm sure adding consties wasn't the first thing he did.

I'm not going to argue about this, I just believe it'd be fairer if the Constellation page reflected current situations. Would it be that hard to update it saying, "Flayra is on holiday, icons will be updated in 3-4 weeks"?
He will, if you have written my post then you could've read that it said that Flayra is a busy man and has more (important) things to do then giving some punk his icon.

Hell, look at me. I had a constell icon, lost it in a DB error and am waiting for flayra to fix it, just like alot of others with me. But you don't hear us complain. Cause we KNOW its a donation. Hell, I am happy enought that NS lives. IF my icon gets repaired after 12 months, who cares. I don't. I'm just proud of donating to NS, thats fine, but I aint gona nag if I lose anything.
And marine, i think you flipped out just a bit too much, while i think it is pretty bad for people to see the donation as "paying for something", but there's one thing to bear in mind. No matter the reason behind donating, they're donating at all, which is a good thing.
What if he thought the donation never made it through? If he is supposed to get a reply acknowledging it came through, and he doesn't, he could think that it didn't go through. The guy donated, you should be thanking him. Stop flaming, these forums sicken me.

Paypal automatically sends you a receipt on transaction, confirming the transaction, and such. If any errors do occur, this should be taken up with Paypal and not with Flayra.
Also, one solution to not getting a reply i've heard going about is to PM or email the person concerned, in this case Flayra, rather than dragging the subject out over a public forum. Every single week we have at least one person complaining about not getting a reply. People really need to learn to be more patient.
