If you have the cash take Martial Arts.

    Best work out there is.

if you don't have the cash and don't mind feeling like an idiot get some tapes on ThaiBo or JazzerSize. You will feel compleatly like a twit when doing them, and any one who watches you will mock you horribly. However they are both wonderfull ways of getting back in shape.

The other way (though this takes more drive) is to simply set up a work out schedual. Everything you can do with free weights can be reproduced ussing natural resistance.

    So:
    Squats
Situps/Crunches (there is a BIG difference between these 2, they work out different muscle groups)
    Pushups
Chinups/pullups (if you can find a bar at the right height)
    Running
Swiming if you have free/low cost access to a pool with LapLanes/Lap Time
    Bicycling if you have one.

    The list goes on.
I would suggest going to your library and seeing if there are a few books on exersise there.
Also if you live in/near a large city there are often free gyms or workout places, hunt around.

    goodluck.

Heres some stuff, Do Crunches in sets of 30. Do sit ups in sets of 50 (thats what I do anyhow) Go out to your local sports shop and buy a good Push Up Bar, its a metal bar that has handles that curve up. It puts more weight on your body or something, makes muscles for better. Get a set of weights (I use 10 pounds, not to light, not too heavy) and do curls and the other stuff.

Call me a liar if you wish, but I've been to the gym for a week and I've certainly noticed muscle growth (concentrating on arms). What I do is do 10 reps on the machine with a weight which I can handle easily. Then I jam it down to the next weight and do 8. Then the next one and do 6. Then the next one and do 4. Then the next one and do 2. Keep moving the weights down doing 2 until you can't do it anymore. I got this tip off my friend and he effing huge.

Your local swimming bath <i>should</i> be free, and that's one of the best forms of exercise out there, provided you have the trunks or shorts <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' /><!--endemo-->.
Otherwise, learn from Rocky: punch meat, run up large sets of steps, lamp Mr. T a few times, you know the score!

sign up for boxing lessons at the YMCA, if you have those in your crazy foreign countries.

any decent instructor should be able to give you good ideas for diet and lifestyle outside your training that will be conducive to your chemical health, as well as muscle growth and weight loss.
