3 Instillation Questions

<div class="IPBDescription">Clean install</div> OK, I've got nothing on my comp and an OLD version of half-life, like back when it first came out.

So in order to play NS again, I need to:

1. Install Halflife
2. Install Steam
3. Let Steam patch half-life up
4. Install NS 3.0
5. Let Steam patch everything else up from now on.

This correct?

Also, is Steam working now? The reason my comp is clean of half-life is I d-loaded it back when it frist came out, made a right proper mess of my whole *explative* *deleted* installs.

Finally, can you still script things when you've got stuff under Steam? I.E. Buy scripts for c-strike and such.

NS WILL be an offical game, it is not yet one.

and yes you can still make scripts.

You can not realy script in NS atm b/c it has been efectivly removed on most servers (you can't use special or wait).

6. Either install any new patches that this site comes out with and then steam handle it when it becomes an official mod, right?

Also, games are going to be under steam not WON even though it's not an official mod yet, correct?
