Stream Update... Binds Gone!

After the stream update all of my binds and crosshair were gone <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif' /><!--endemo--> . So I rebinded them and enabled crosshair (crosshair 1) but I can't get F4 working! anyone know what command I need for binding F4? It'll be also useful if anyone can tell me what command I need to put in for joining aliens or Marines stright away.
