Plug-in For Custom Icons?

I visited one server the other day and it had custom icons, next to the player name, much like the veteran and constellation icons. Is there a plug-in out there that would allow me to do this on my own server?

Also, is there a good list out there of NS 3.0 related plugins?

    That was probably Voogrus server, where we (donators to server) have custom Heavy armor icons next to our name. Dont think it is necessarily a plugin, and/or if he plans on releasing it

    the big heavy icon is not custom, its just a metamod plugin that uses the unused icons flayra implemented ages ago

    The purple one is for his donators. It was the "Guide" icon. Also one original custom icon will be enabled in the next patch (I hope) other than that, the icons are a plugin or a real vet or playtester etc.

    Blue Star -> CM
    Yellow Badge -> Veteran
    Golden Skulk -> Playtester
    Grey Computer -> Server Admin
    Green Computer -> Server Admin
    Purple Heavy - NS Guide
    Blue TSA -> Developer

    First I hadn't realised that a plug-in wasn't a customisation. I found another answer from the server that was using the plug-in. They were using ServerOps v4.0, if anyone is interested.

    there is no grey heavy

    There is a Green Computer icon for server admins

    and the grey server icon is i think beta test server admins ...
