    First of all, you need to cool it if you expect us to help you.

    Second of all, you would probably get a better response if you posted in Tech Support.

    Anyway, here are exact instructions for installing NS:

    1) Install Steam and update all the games, make sure that Half-Life is installed.
    2) Download the latest NS client (Currently 3.0), and the latest NS patch. (Currently beta 3)
    3) Make sure that Steam is closed.
    4) Run the installer for the NS client, it should install to C:/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/your@emailaddress.com/half-life/nsp. (Provided you installed Steam to C:/Program Files.)
    5) Run the installer for the NS patch.
    6) Start Steam. NS should appear in the Games menu under "Third Party Games". You can now go to the Server Browser and search for NS games to join.

    Please note that the latest version of NS will <b>NOT</b> work on WON, it is constructed entirely for Steam and should be played there.

    I believe you have to play vanilla HL at least once, as well. Just playing through so the map changes should be more than enough.

    Also, since you're having problems with Steam, I'd suggest you uninstall it and reinstall it with the cache of your choice before trying to install NS.

    Dude, getting into the game goes like every other mod. Load up steam, load the serverlist and join a server. If YOU are having trouble with steam or half life than it's YOUR problem. No?

    If you don't know how to get it working, then I'm not sure if you should be playing the game, it's as simple as hell, just like any other mod. If your having a problem with your CD-key then that's not the dev teams fault, it's yours.

    If your having a problem with connecting, you need to have Beta 1 installed and Beta 3 installed, no Beta 2 should be in there. After that, it's simple and you should be able to sort it out.

    I wouldn't call the dev team morons either, they're providing you with a free mod. (with a hell of alot of work put into it) If anything you should be thanking them.

    1: I find it hard to believe you're having so much trouble understanding <a href='http://www.natural-selection.org/downloads.html' target='_blank'>the Quick Start instructions</a> or <a href='http://www.natural-selection.org/manual_version_2/Natural_Selection_Manual_Framed.html' target='_blank'>the manual.</a>
    2. Flamebaiting, insulting, and swear filter dodging are against the rules, and your current attitude needs serious adjustment. We are not steam, so whether or not you've got issues with logging in, there is no excuse for the way you just acted here.
