Two Choices, Which One Should I Take?

Ok, as some of you may know, I am looking to join a serious clan for competitive play. The problem is, CAL matches are on saturdays, which are sundays for me because I am currently situated in Korea. Well the real problem is that I am not allowed to play on sundays and the school days due to my parents superstition that playing video games during the school schedule will take my focus off of school causing me to get terrible grades. This superstition is not true, and I know this for a fact because I've been playing behind their backs on school days and I've managed A's and B's so far. Now I have two choices
1.) Make a proposition that they should allow me to play on sundays and school days and that it wont hurt my schooling. Now if I go with this choice I will most likely have to tell my mom and dad that I have been playing on school days ever since they set this stupid rule (5th grade I think). If I do this, I will most likely get grounded off the computer for eternity because my dad HATES liers.
2.) Wait until I get back to the states, which is in about 5 months, and go solo in pubs which is terribly boring due to the lack of common sense in public games. I could possibly lose my interest in NS and I don't want that to happen because I love this game. It's happened to other games such as DoD and NS before, before 1.04 came out.

You never have to tell them you've been playing, just ask them and if they say no, tell them that you get to decide their rest home.

Life is how you make it... I personally taught 2 newbies from the ground up ("How do you get a shotgun?") Last night... ended up having great fun with them. Keep a positive attitude, and turn the other cheek when something bad happens.
As for the topic at hand... if you really wanted to play you could "cut a deal" with them... Say you show them your test scores and anything below a certian grade (I'd recommend at least a C for those harder classes) will net you a certian amount of time away from the PC. Just an idea...
