Seriously I know about most of these problems. The face disappeared for an unapparent reason when the model was decompiled or something (My Earliest Backup Version still has the hole)
And the mine? Thats the Half-Life code being a pain and not being logical.

Well it kinda does. If you look carefully the bullets don't quite "connect" with the ammo box. That and the strip of 6 bullets flys up missing the end. Although this could be fixed by changing the position slightly.
