All wad files must go in your ..\half-life\ns (or nsp, if you're testing under the beta) directory and be named exactly how you've used them in VHE (or whatever editor you use). If your wad is not there, it will bring up that error.
Take a look in your ns (or nsp) directory for "cargotruct2.wad" and if it's not there, which is what it sounds like, copy it to that directory.
1) WTH is cargotruck2.wad ?
2) WTH could I get it?
3) Why on EARTH does it want to use it?
4) How could it be there if it's not in the textures area in VHE?
5) What can I do to remedy this?
ANd I think I found the big problem: I may have used it at one time when I dl'ed a custom WAD... and got rid of it... I never re-ran my makewad program.... DOH

I'd suggest removing all traces of the wad then. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
On the other hand, you *could* try adding "-wadinclude wadname.wad" into your CSG command line, this includes the used textures from a specified .wad into your .bsp, this may also remove the error. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
This is actually preferred since it'll drop accidentally included wads without adding anything to your map.
Bad news: While doing some vertex morphing I accidentaly ****** something up... where I dunno.... but I have to re-make the map again <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' /><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Oh well, gives me another chance to experiment and perfect the walls and such (I never did like the way I made them)
