if you look around nsarmslab and thrill2kill there is the marine models also.

i dont get it, i use all those supposed 1.x models on 3.0 and they all work fine, no weird animations either

hm... very strange... cause in fact there are some animations missing... you can have a look at them via HLMV and compare the *old* animations with the 3.0 ones'

Well the animations are the same except for the hand nade ones, but who sees those nowadays. Perhaps you just haven't see those.
