I've started a NS ladder, and I need your help in making it the best.. I am listening to all ideas, and suggestions and any offers..

Also.. I'm sorry to just drop in and post a bomb like this.. but I need help in getting the bugs worked out, if there are any in the ladder system.. and can appreciate any help I can get..
