Video Capture

<div class="IPBDescription">Problems: Need Help</div> Hello all. I just recently got a Samsung SCD27 DV camcorder. It works great and I've shot a lot of footage with it with no problems. Now I want to get some of that video to my computer to put online. I followed all of the directions given to me by the instruction manual and various online help sites, but I still can't seem to capture the video on my computer.

Any help?

EDIT: Restarting did nothing.
