Ps2 Model Conversion

<div class="IPBDescription">Is it possible?</div> Ive seen the Halo marine converted from the Xbox...
So I was wondering if there was any programs to extract ps2 data and eventually convert a model to work with the half life engine...?

If so...
I want to get a few "mobile suits" extracted and converted from this game (which I have)

I'm looking forward to using a Zaku II as my HA <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Well.. With an X-Box you can actually connect it to the computer, which you cant with the Ps2(?).
    And Halo is a PC game to, so...

    presumably, you'lde use the same process of converting files from blue-shift/half life for the ps2...

    but i'm not sure if it'll work since they are on different game/render engines... but it's worth a try.

    And what would that process be?

    I have no clue on how to do these things...

    Well, you CAN hook a PS2 up to your LAN(just use its ethernet port if you have a online adapter. Or use the USB ports).

    i think you'd just slap the cd into your dvd-rom drive, and browse the files...

    but i have no idea, i've only seen other people so it...

    Well another solution would be to get the "Zaku II" from polycount website for Quake 3 arena. And then convert it to NS... Im sure itwould be easier but much lower poly then the sexy ps2 version <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    If anyone is willing to teach me conversions from q3 to ns. Please message me. I would rather learn how to do it then have everyone do it for me.
