<div class="IPBDescription">how do you change the skin</div> ok what i basicly want to know is how do you change the skin on the arms in the v model. ive tried doing it and i always get a message saying bhands missing or something like that.

open the model in hlmv, extract the skin, modify it, save it as 256 colours, save it over original, go back to hlmv, press import on the textures bit, select the arm texture, then goto file --> save model
