With all the 1.04 threads I assume someone here has put it up and seeing as they havn't advertised I'm doing it for them. <a href='http://www.redphive.org' target='_blank'>Under files</a> Players only need the 1.0 client. This is on WON and whoever made it obviously know what they're doing as stuck mod and several others are operational.

If players want to play back 1.04, they only need 1.0 client, as 1.04 is a server patch.
For the server, it is mine, but it was a long time i did not come on forum. And it's wierd to see his server ip on the forum
For the story, i put this up because an old friend told me that it could be great to play back 1.04, and i feel nostalgic.
So i shutdown the ns3b3 server and replace it by a 1.04.
We played on it one evening with some very old members of french NS community.
It was really fun, huhu, i forgot that the jp was so good, and the old gorge system, the fade blink that require skill ( and unstuck to work <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo--> ), the web and AR at hive 2.
I miss that time : i bought a new computer at 1.04 to allow me to have 100 fps with jp.

I wanted to install back the jp nerf, but maybe later, cause 1.04 without the jp is not 1.04.
And if you have some timeout, it's normal, i'm <!--emo&::asrifle::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/asrifle.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='asrifle.gif' /><!--endemo--> with the host for him to solve the problem.

No. 1.04 was server-side only.

It was down today because my host added a cisco router, seems like it's going to normal.

If you want to join the server, you need to install hl then patch it to 1110 and then install the ns 1.0 client.
And join : 195.140.143.46:27015 Old School - WON - NS 1.04
I love ns 3.0, but sometimes i'm nostalgic so if u want to, join us.
It says I can't connect to won.net and I need to be authenticated!!! HELP PLEASE I WANT TO PLAY!!!
Did u put your hl key when installing hl ?
I don't see where the problem is.
Can your join 2.01 won servers ?
Can you join any won mod ?

Geez, that's a lot of time.
One day you will need to format it, and hl is not that expensive.
I've had many many different harddrives. I've just transfered the information over, and then partitioned the drive so I wouldn't have any viruses on one drive where all my music, movies and games were.
There were 5 people total, I think, for the Eclipse game. :\
And I'm not sure what's up with CS, but you need the latest WON patch for Half-Life. What would CS 1.3 be needed? It seems like 1.5 would work better...
